Warranty

Every new Viper Kart is covered by the OTK Kart Group manufacturing warranty against defects in materials and workmanship in the components we build: chassis and frame, steering, braking system, bodywork fittings and, on electric models, the motor, controller, battery management system and battery pack.

Not covered: consumable parts (tyres, brake pads, chains, belts, sprockets, spark plugs, bumpers), damage from collisions, kerb strikes or overloading, damage caused by missed maintenance, and any kart fitted with non-original parts or modified without OTK approval.

Full warranty terms are supplied with every quotation and in the operator manual.

Spare parts

Every Viper Kart part is stocked at OTK Kart Group in Prevalle and ordered through the OTK B2B portal, with your fleet’s part numbers, live stock and order history.

Every OTK office, in the USA, Australia, Asia, Japan and the Nordics, holds local stock of Viper Kart parts, so wear parts ship from inside your region, not from Italy.

Training

Your team, trained by the people who build the kart.
A well trained team keeps a fleet on track and a track making money. Viper Kart training is delivered by OTK Kart Group technicians from the Rental Kart Division in Prevalle, the same people who design, build and test every Viper Kart. It covers petrol and electric, and it is available at three levels.

On site at delivery.
Every Viper E-Kart fleet is commissioned on site by an OTK technician, who sets up the charging system, checks every kart and trains your staff before the first session. For petrol fleets, on site commissioning and training are quoted with the fleet.

Factory training in Prevalle.
A technical course for track operators and their mechanics at OTK Kart Group’s headquarters in Italy. Small groups, hands on, on the karts you run.
What the course covers:

• The mechanical and electrical fundamentals of the Viper Kart and Viper E-Kart
• Fault finding and diagnostics, including remote diagnostics on the E-Kart
• Preventive and corrective maintenance, and the service schedule
• Battery care, charging routine and state of health on electric fleets
• Safety systems, speed control and driver management
• Fleet availability: how to keep every kart earning

Online.
Refresher sessions and new staff inductions by video call with a Rental Kart Division technician, plus the tutorial library in the Area Operatori.

Technical support

Speak directly to the Rental Kart Division. Our technicians know every Viper Kart because they build them. For electric fleets, remote diagnostics through the Vehicle Control Unit and Battery Management System let us read fault logs, check battery state of health and update maps without a site visit.
