OTK Kart Group applies a “rigorous quality-control programme” during the entire Viper Kart production process. From incoming raw materials testing, to dimensional verification and components inspection, quality is assessed before, during and after production.
Tests on raw materials
The metal tubes used in the construction of the frames are subjected to tensile, elasticity and hardness tests.
Dimensional checks
Welded frames and machined components are 3D scanned to confirm they match design specifications.
Checking equipment
All production equipment is subjected to scheduled inspections several times a year
to guarantee perfect calibration and total reliability.
