Viper Kart, 100% made in OTK, Italy
OTK Kart Group, with over 40 years of history and a world leader in racing kart production, has an innovative range of rental karting products and services called Viper Kart since 2020. In the Prevalle facilities in Italy, the OTK Rental Kart Division conceives, designs, and manufactures every single detail of its products, following the “100% Made in OTK” philosophy.

Production technologies
All Viper Kart production phases are carried out using specific, high-precision machinery and Robotic and automated processes. This approach allows OTK Kart Group to have complete control over every single kart component; this has a direct and positive impact on the operating efficiency and reliability of the entire Viper Kart range.
Advanced quality control
OTK Kart Group applies a “rigorous quality-control programme” during the entire Viper Kart production process. From incoming raw materials testing, to dimensional verification and components inspection, quality is assessed before, during and after production.
Safety technologies
The safety systems fitted to all Viper Karts are studied, designed and tested by a dedicated team, using simulations and on-track testing rather than instrumental testing.
Innovation and development
Viper Kart products take shape before they reach production, in the technical office, where OTK Kart Group engineers design every detail using 2D and 3D models.
